Monday mornings are always the toughest...after a busy weekend finished up my canning the pickles & relishes are done. A very sweet woman that i know let me pick her pear trees and a good friend helped me pick her apple tree..i'mlooking forward to canning them.I think this year i will stick to making sauces with them.I'm still learning how to make jelly...Once i get started here i will share my stories upload photos, but for now i will test the waters.So have patience with me.
